ABOUT
We are each a unique fingerprint of life. The individual contributions that we place into this world will never be able to be matched by anyone else. That we live our lives to our fullest potential is of benefit to us, and everyone that we encounter. We are all contributing to the make up that becomes our families, our friends, our towns, our cities, our states, our countries, our nations, our world. What you contribute, how you contribute, and your intent as you do so, your life is a reflection of those intentions, as is the world that we all then share. How are you leaving your mark. Make your contributions count, with each step, and with each breath.

Wholeness
In every moment, with every act, we throw a pebble into the pond. How do the ripples from those acts effect the water as they travel. How do they effect the other side of the shore. And ultimately, how will they come off the shore and travel back to us. To move with clarity, intent and purpose, keeping all of that in mind, that is our aim. To move your needle so that it points forever north to an existence enveloped in light. We do this through practices designed to awaken and align, promoting a mind, body and soul connection, through meditations, public speaking and volunteerism. Qigong
Moving Meditation
Qigong is a practice designed for optimization and longevity of health, through gentle, cultivated movements that balance both body and mind. It helps to cultivate vitality, enthusiasm and inner harmony. Qigong can be easier and more accessible than yoga for people with limited mobility. It can be practiced outdoors or indoors, standing or seated.
Public Speaking
Walk with Intent
The journey through the questions of why we are here, what happens when we are not here, and how best can we walk while here, has brought up conversations that weave through many topics. Come join us to explore one. Currently on the roster as a 2026 Naperville Speakers Bureau featured speaker.
Meditation
Solace from Within
Max Meditation is a meditative practice designed to enter participants into a deep thoughtful state. Relaxing each part of your body as you enter into the deepest parts of your mind, releasing what does not serve, while finding gratitude for what does.
Volunteer
Give of Yourself
The soul is best served by serving others. Our current outreach is to the homeless. We take contributions of nonperishable food, water and toiletries which we pack up and distribute to those in need. We also give our time back to the community teaching Qigong to traditionally underserved populations, hosting classes at homeless shelters, recovery institutions and retirement homes.
